The Hart & Harry's Experience
Dogs enjoy our 140 m² fully shaded outdoor play area, together with three dedicated indoor playrooms for large dogs, small dogs, and senior or less confident dogs who benefit from a calmer environment.
Each play area is designed to encourage both physical activity and mental stimulation. Active dogs enjoy agility equipment and interactive games, while our quieter playroom features comfortable beds, enrichment toys, a caterpillar tunnel and gentle activities tailored to each dog's individual needs.

Introductions are always carried out gradually, with dogs matched according to their size, temperament and play style. This thoughtful approach helps build confidence, encourages positive social interactions and allows every dog to settle at their own pace.

Large & Medium Dog Suites
Our accommodation suites have been carefully designed with your dog's comfort, safety, and wellbeing in mind. Unlike traditional enclosed rooms, our suites are constructed using premium HDPE panels, tempered glass doors, and strategically positioned open-grid sections that provide excellent ventilation and natural light, while allowing our team to easily monitor every guest during rest and overnight periods.
The combination of visibility and airflow helps create a more open and comfortable environment while reducing the feeling of isolation. Most dogs find reassurance in being able to see their surroundings and our handlers, while still having their own private space to rest and relax.

Because our guests spend most of their days socializing and playing in our supervised play areas, the suites primarily serve as a comfortable space for meals, naps, and overnight sleep. For dogs that are less social or prefer a quieter environment, we allocate suites that are positioned away from other dogs, minimizing visual stimulation and helping them feel more at ease.
Our suites are available in three sizes to accommodate dogs of different breeds and families staying together. Extra Large/ Family Suite: 160 cm x 180 cm; Large Suite: 140 cm x 160 cm; Standard Suite: 130 cm x 160 cm.

Small Dog Suites
For dogs under 10kg, we offer dedicated accommodation measuring 120 cm x 120 cm x 120 cm. These suites feature raised drainage flooring designed to help keep the resting area clean and dry, even in the event of accidens, ensuring maximum comfort and hygiene for our smaller guests.
Each suite is fitted with 360° rotating stainless steel food and water bowls, allowing meals and fresh water to be provided safely and hygienically while minimising disturbance.

Note: During summer, longer outdoor sessions take place in the cooler morning and evening hours. Throughout the day, dogs enjoy our fully air-conditioned indoor play areas, while midday outdoor visits are kept brief for comfort and safety. Our outdoor exercise area is fully shaded, and its specialised surface remains cool under the sun, making it comfortable year-round.

Our dedicated cattery has been thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, comfortable and stress-free environment for every feline guest.
Each cat enjoys their own private accommodation, with pen sizes ranging from 120 × 90 cm to 120 × 120 cm. Whenever possible, adjoining pens are opened across two levels to create a spacious 2.4-metre-high environment for even greater comfort. Rather than using glass doors, our cattery features mesh-fronted accommodation, encouraging natural airflow while helping reduce stress by avoiding the "aquarium effect."

We also welcome rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds and other small companion animals. Each guest is cared for according to their individual routine, with fresh food, clean accommodation and plenty of attention throughout their stay.

For your convenience, we offer scheduled pick-up and drop-off services for many of our boarding guests across Dubai. Collection routes are carefully planned to minimise travel time, ensuring pets spend as little time as possible in the vehicle rather than travelling around the city collecting other pets.

Boarding FAQ
For the safety of all our guests, dogs must be up to date with Rabies, DHPPi and Kennel Cough vaccinations. They must also be protected against fleas and ticks, with treatment remaining valid throughout their stay or administered on arrival if required.
Cats must be vaccinated against Rabies and have a current Tri-Cat (FVRCP/PCH) vaccination. If you're unsure whether your pet meets our requirements, we'll be happy to advise before your booking.

Yes. Our experienced team can administer medication according to your instructions at no additional charge. Please provide all medication in its original packaging together with clear written instructions.
Yes. We send regular photo and video updates via WhatsApp so you can see your pet enjoying their holiday and have complete peace of mind while you're away.
Yes. Family dogs always stay together whenever appropriate, even if they would normally belong to different size groups. We assess each family individually and do our best to ensure they play, rest and sleep together throughout their stay.
Yes. Puppies are welcome once they have completed their vaccinations, including a successful Vaccicheck where applicable. Senior pets are also welcome. We simply ask owners to complete a waiver form and provide any relevant medical history so we can tailor their care to their individual needs.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do not accept females in season. Unneutered males may be accepted following a behavioural assessment and are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on temperament and occupancy.
Our experienced team closely monitors every guest and can usually recognise very quickly when something isn't quite right. If needed, we'll first seek professional advice from our trusted veterinary consultant before deciding whether a visit to the vet is necessary. If veterinary treatment is recommended, we'll arrange immediate transport to either our preferred veterinary clinic or your nominated vet and keep you informed every step of the way.
Our resort is equipped with CCTV in key areas for the safety and security of our pets, team and premises. The system is used for internal monitoring and, where required, can be reviewed during investigations or shared with the relevant authorities or pet owners if appropriate.
We do not provide live camera access or install cameras inside every accommodation suite. Most dogs spend the majority of their day enjoying supervised play and enrichment, returning to their suites mainly for meals, rest and overnight sleep, when the sleeping areas are kept calm and lights are dimmed to encourage a good night's rest.
