Highly recommend Hart & Harry's. My dog attends daycare 3 times per week and cries with happiness when they come to collect her- it is literally her favourite place in the world and that's all thanks to the staff. Hart and Harry is our Harleys favorite place to go to every weekend, he feels safe, happy specially that our dog is a rescue dog so he suffered from anxiety but not anymore u guys helped Harley to return to normal and be happy again.

1st time have been using such type of service. Our cat Luna stayed 14 days away from us out of home and in the place she never been before. Every day we’ve been receiving video of Luna confirming she is ok, active and in a good hands. We left our Chihuahua, Panda, at Hart & Harry's dog hotel for two months, and it was a true paradise for our pet! From the very beginning, we knew we made the right choice. Cooper is a regular visitor, he spend 2 to 3 days a week in daycare. When we are abroad, he spends his vacation at his second home "Hart & Harry's pet resort" The way they take care of my baby, the cuddles, kisses and extra care they give him are remarkable (it is like when you send your kids to their grandparents house) . I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Anna and the entire Hart & Harry's Pet Resort team. We left our dog there for the summer holidays (2 months), which was our first experience of this kind. Naturally, we were very worried about how our dog would handle such a long separation. Every day, I received one or more videos of my dog, and I could see that he was joyful and active. If I had any questions, I always received prompt answers via WhatsApp. We picked up a happy, healthy, clean, and wonderfully smelling dog at the end of our stay.

The best place for my nervous rescue dog! Three years after searching and trying I found this amazing resort! My dog hated kennels and had never played with other dogs and started to play and having fun - which was the best surprise for me, at the other kennels she was crawling between the other dogs with her tail between her legs being usually a very active and protective dog at home environment. I have a peace of mind and plan my vacation without doubts. I trust the facility and highly recommend it!
