Meet Hart & Harry: The Paws Behind the Passion

Our Compassionate Leader: Anna’s story

Hart, a German Shepherd, joined our family during the pandemic as an unwanted and aggressive dog, that seemed to have no future, however after timely love and care, successfully fit right in.

Harry, a resilient crossbreed, entered our lives as a scrappy pup surviving on dates beneath a community building in 2017. Today, both dogs stand as our inspiration for this pet resort.

Guiding our resort with unwavering passion is Anna, a devoted resident of Dubai since the late '90s. With a storied career that began in dog care, Anna's journey has circled back to her roots, fueled by an enduring love for our four-legged companions. The stars aligned when she seized the opportunity to become the new owner of K9 Central Dubai.

Her daughter Eve, recently graduated as a vet and now practicing in the UK, is available remotely to assist with any issues that may arise during boarding.

Over the past two decades, we've rescued and rehomed six street dogs and from the streets of Dubai, two of whom have found new homes with Anna's daughter in Europe and followed by England.

This collective experience imparts a personal touch to our care, allowing us to connect with dogs of all backgrounds – be it those with a troubled past or those exuberantly wagging their tails.

Highly recommend Hart & Harry's. My dog attends daycare 3 times per week and cries with happiness when they come to collect her- it is literally her favourite place in the world and that's all thanks to the staff. Hart and Harry is our Harleys favorite place to go to every weekend, he feels safe, happy specially that our dog is a rescue dog so he suffered from anxiety but not anymore u guys helped Harley to return to normal and be happy again.

1st time have been using such type of service. Our cat Luna stayed 14 days away from us out of home and in the place she never been before. Every day we’ve been receiving video of Luna confirming she is ok, active and in a good hands. Great service, 24/7 via WhatsApp just in case someone who worries the most, like us). 2 weeks after we picked up our happy and healthy cat and very thankful to Anna and all the team of Hart & Harry’s resort.

Hart & Harry’s is by far the best Pet Resort in UAE. Anna and her team are definitely out of this world! They made it so easy for me to drop of my cat, kept me updated on how she was and allowed me to come visit while i was relocating my residence. These are folks who genuinely care! We left our Chihuahua, Panda, at Hart & Harry's dog hotel for two months, and it was a true paradise for our pet! From the very beginning, we knew we made the right choice. The team is incredibly caring and attentive — we received daily video updates where Panda looked completely happy and content. You can tell they love animals and know how to take care of them. We picked up our dog with confidence that he had been in the best hands. A huge thank you to the entire team for their care and attention! Cooper is a regular visitor, he spend 2 to 3 days a week in daycare. When we are abroad, he spends his vacation at his second home "Hart & Harry's pet resort" The way they take care of my baby, the cuddles, kisses and extra care they give him are remarkable (it is like when you send your kids to their grandparents house) . They keep me updated on daily basis with pictures and videos. If you want to keep your pets in good hands and ensure they are taken care of, Hart & Harry is the right home for your fur babies

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Anna and the entire Hart & Harry's Pet Resort team. We left our dog there for the summer holidays (2 months), which was our first experience of this kind. Naturally, we were very worried about how our dog would handle such a long separation. Every day, I received one or more videos of my dog, and I could see that he was joyful and active. If I had any questions, I always received prompt answers via WhatsApp. We picked up a happy, healthy, clean, and wonderfully smelling dog at the end of our stay.

Can I say the “A Team” Really appreciate all the care you guys take each time we leave our darling Cleo at the boarding. Its like her 2nd home now. You guys are really taking good care of her. “Jojo “is awesome !!and so kind to her and takes very good care He is so professional and has so much love to Cleo. Also Ella is so prompt to respond to any query… I am sure there are others who take care of our beloved Cleo !! Thank you Team!

The best place for my nervous rescue dog! Three years after searching and trying I found this amazing resort! My dog hated kennels and had never played with other dogs and started to play and having fun - which was the best surprise for me, at the other kennels she was crawling between the other dogs with her tail between her legs being usually a very active and protective dog at home environment. I have a peace of mind and plan my vacation without doubts. I trust the facility and highly recommend it!
