Unlike larger commercial facilities, Hart & Harry's remains proudly owner-operated. Our founder, Anna Boytsova, is personally involved in the day-to-day running of the resort, ensuring every guest receives individual attention, a structured routine and compassionate care from the moment they arrive.

Highly recommend Hart & Harry's. My dog attends daycare 3 times per week and cries with happiness when they come to collect her- it is literally her favourite place in the world and that's all thanks to the staff. They truly treat her like she is their own. Their communication and commitment to constant improvement is very evident and they are a business myself (and my dog) are very happy to support.
Hart & Harry’s is by far the best Pet Resort in UAE. Anna and her team are definitely out of this world! They made it so easy for me to drop of my cat, kept me updated on how she was and allowed me to come visit while i was relocating my residence. These are folks who genuinely care! What an amazing place. Our dog did both day care and boarded and both were exceptional experiences. The care was exceptional, he was super happy and lots of fun, and they followed the instructions perfectly for feeding. The facilities are immaculate and Anna and the team are meticulous in every thing they do. The communication was clear and thoughtful and they are very responsive. I knew our dog was being well cared for and didn’t worry for one second…. In fainting he would rather live there than with us! I honestly can’t recommend them enough!!!

Loved that they pick up and drop off my dog. And they showed true enjoyment and gentleness. During our dog’s stay the sent videos twice a day showing Max and the other dogs in his size group running, jumping up and down stairs, bridges going under and over obstacles and smiling! Max clearly enjoyed himself and was comfortable and happy when they brought him home. I will definitely be using g them again.

This place was highly recommended to me by an animal behaviorist and after leaving our dear family dog for 3 weeks with them over December holidays- I can truly say this is a high quality, clean, organized and genuinely caring, pet care facility. We just love Hart & Harry’s! Skye genuinely squeals with excitement when she realises the car is near to dropping her off there and even more so when she meets the wonderful team inside.

I've left my cat at Hart & Harry's twice, once for 2 days once for 2 weeks, and it went really well. I love the video updates, and I'm a nervous cat mom so I really appreciated their patience and answers to my questions. My go to place!
This was the very first time we ever left our 10-month-old Maltipoo at a pet resort, and as any pet parent would understand, we were extremely anxious. Most other resorts were reluctant to take him in since it was his first boarding experience, but this team didn’t hesitate — they welcomed him with open arms and genuine care.

I boarded my african grey parrot for 3 weeks this summer and they did an amazing job taking care of him and updating me daily while I was away! I would recommend them for anyone looking to care for their babies while away! Mine was back home with zero stress signs 😍 thank you guys for everything

Absolutely. We encourage new customers to arrange a visit so you can meet our team, explore the resort and see where your pet will be staying. Visits are by appointment to ensure we can give you our full attention without disrupting the pets in our care.
For the safety of all our guests, dogs must be up to date with their annual vaccinations, including kennel cough, and be protected against fleas and ticks. Cats must have their core annual vaccinations. If you're unsure, our team will be happy to advise before your booking.
In many cases, yes. Dogs can behave very differently away from their owners, and what appears to be reactivity is often caused by anxiety, excitement or leash frustration. Some dogs that struggle on walks settle beautifully in a boarding or daycare environment.
Every dog is introduced gradually and assessed individually. While we can't promise every dog will become social, we do our best to build confidence and develop positive social skills in a safe, controlled and supervised environment.

Please bring your pet's usual food to help maintain their normal diet. If your pet requires medication, simply provide clear instructions and we'll administer it as directed. You're also welcome to bring a favourite blanket or toy to help your pet feel more at home.
Yes. Our dedicated pet taxi service provides safe, reliable transport throughout Dubai for boarding, daycare, grooming and veterinary appointments. Collection and drop-off can be arranged at a time that suits you.
Yes. Our experienced pet taxi driver and handler can safely collect your pet from your home and transport them to the vet, groomer or our resort without you needing to be present. We'll keep you updated throughout the journey.
