Every pet has a story, a personality and a family who loves them. At Hart & Harry's Pet Resort, we've created a place where those stories matter. Inspired by two remarkable rescue dogs and built on a lifelong passion for animal welfare, our resort is founded on kindness, trust and genuine companionship.
We don't just care for pets—we take the time to know them.
No two pets are alike. Each has their own personality, routine and little quirks. By taking the time to understand what makes them unique, we create an experience that feels familiar, reassuring and tailored to their individual needs from the moment they arrive.
The Family Behind the Name
Hart and Harry are far more than the names above our door—they're the inspiration behind everything we do.
Both were rescued and, despite their very different beginnings, taught me the same lesson: patience, kindness and a second chance can transform a life. Together with the other rescue animals who have shared my home over the years, they shaped the values Hart & Harry's Pet Resort is built upon.

Meet Anna
For more than 25 years, I built my career in corporate operations before following my true passion—caring for animals.
When the opportunity arose to take over an established boarding facility in Dubai Investment Park in 2023, I followed my heart. I wanted to create a place where pets would not simply be accommodated, but understood, reassured and given the time they need to feel comfortable.
One of the greatest rewards is watching a nervous first-time guest gradually relax, build confidence and begin to enjoy their own little holiday. Seeing them return happily for future stays reminds me why I chose this path.
Today, you’ll still find me at the resort every day—welcoming customers, spending time with our guests and working alongside our wonderful team.

Veterinary Support
Exceptional care means knowing when professional veterinary support is needed. Our experienced team carefully monitors every guest, administers medication exactly as instructed and works closely with veterinary professionals whenever additional care is required.
We are also proud to have the ongoing support of Dr. Evgeniya Boytsova, Veterinary Surgeon at Dart Vale Veterinary Hospital in Totnes, United Kingdom. Although based in the UK, Eve provides remote professional advice and guidance whenever needed, giving our team and our customers added peace of mind.

Supporting rescue animals has always been part of who we are. We regularly work alongside rescue organisations and private rescuers by providing temporary boarding, rehabilitation support and a safe place for animals waiting for loving homes.
